The Canon PlotWave 3000 Printer can be operated from the iMac located next to the Epson SureColor P9000 printer in Rm 210, but it is also possible to connect to the printer’s internal server and send print jobs or collect scans from any computer on the SDCR wifi network.

<aside> ❗ Note: The PlotWave 3000 has to be powered on in order for this to work. If the server doesn’t load in a browser window, go to Rm 210 and make sure the machine is turned on.

1 - Open a browser and connect to server by entering the 10.1.186.11 into your address/search bar, or click the following link - http://10.1.186.11/

2 - Click on the “Create new job” button close to the top of the page

3 - Once the New Job window is open, click the “Add File” button and select the file from your local hard drive.

4 - When the file you plan to print is visible on the Job queue, check the settings below.

If you are ok with default settings, you can skip this step, but it is recommended that you at least check the Media Source to ensure it is going to print on the preferred paper.

5 - Once Settings are confirmed, click the “Print” button.
