The first time you log in to one of the Windows work stations in Rm 210, you will need to add the system in Epilog Job Manager so that the computer will recognize it as available for use. Follow the instructions below to add the system.

<aside> ❗ This process will need to be completed for each Epilog Laser System on both Windows computers. However, once it’s completed successfully the system will connect correctly the next time you log into that computer.

1 - Press the Windows (Start) button on the task bar

2 - Type “Epilog Jog Manager” into the search bar and click button to launch the app

3 - Click “Add Laser System” button

4 - Once list is populated, click on the system you are adding

5 - Leave the laser system name set to the default and click on the “Finish” button

6 - The next screen will show the system added to the laser system list, but won’t connect. This is indicated by a red X over the camera symbol next to the system in the laser system list.

7 - To correct this bug, edit the IP address by deleting the last digit and re-adding it as it was originally.

8 - Tab out of the IP text field and a “Save” button will appear. Click the “Save” button, and the system will successfully connect.
